Custom Digitization

We know the ins and outs of the embroidery process, giving you the best value and most efficient results. Our designs are made to minimize thread changes, run smoothly on your machine, and produce crisp looking designs embroidery and image printing.

In purest sense, embroidery digitizing is the process of converting any artwork, images, text, any sort of design, into an embroidery design which the embroidery machine can understand and execute the embroidery on the garment. Just like the traditional embroiderers, digital embroideries need artisans of their own kind called Digitizers or Punchers, the highly skilled individuals who are able to turn any design, be it logo, photo, illustration of any kind into a set of specific commands through various software, which are later converted into specific machine readable format, to be executed, i.e. embroidered by the machine on a specific garment.

Digitizing is not just a fad; it has become the mainstay and an industry in itself.

Digital ScreenPrinting, Dye Sublimation and Vinyl Printing

Digital Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, when printing on dark shirts, or for specialty products. Dye sublimation is the printing process which produces washable all-over prints on the softest of polyester fabrics. The process is distinctive in that it creates designs by using disperse dyes inks in their gaseous form. Designs are first printed onto transfer paper the width and height of the shirt being printed. Then using a heat press, the transfer paper is placed on top of the apparel being printed and pressed down. The heat and pressure allow the dried inks on the transfer paper to turn into a gas and penetrate the polyester fabric of the apparel leaving a permanent soft-hand feel to the design of your all over print shirt.

Color HPV Prints -  Our most affordable heat press vinyl printing option is one color prints. It provided you with the ability to print short runs of a design on any budget.

Multi-Color (3-Color Max) - HPV Prints

Multi-color heat press vinyl printing is perfect for those small runs of a simple yet colorful design, and make for great crew uniforms or team warm-ups.

Full Color Transfers - Our full-color transfers are constructed of thin yet strong and sturdy vinyl which when printed provides vibrant colors with a barely noticeable feel.
